UNFOLDING | EXPLORATION | MEMORY
It is the "Glockenhaus" that unfolds the bridge, bloomig out of the building. Approaching the window to see where the "Glockenbruecke" is leading us, all that remains is the conjoining shadow that touches our seperation, and lead us back to the “Glockenhaus”.
The “Glockenhaus”, or House of the Bells, is a unique concept initiated by Judit Villiger as a thinking space for art that emerges out of everyday life. Not only does it showcase everyday creativity of the artist, but also offers the opportunity to stimulate the personal creativity of the viewer. Artists are encouraged to pass the time in the “Glockenhaus” to produce art, organize exhibitions, and enjoy the artwork on display. This exceptional space is a place for the birth and celebration of artistic creativity.
UNFOLDING | EXPLORATION | MEMORY

Exploring the ordinary is the inspiration that lies at the heart of the “Glockenhaus”, as shown by the bridge that is the room, the centerpiece, the building itself, the “Glockenbruecke”.

The “Glockenbruecke” is shaped by three beams, two horizontal and one inclined beam linking itself to the very essence as the building. She is the mystery upon which we may gaze, and ponder the mysteries of the past.
As the viewer approaches the window to see what the beam is bridging - all that remains is the conjoining shadow that touches our seperation, and lead us back to the “Glockenhaus”.
